The service covers the provision of External Legal Services to support Enfield Council and its advisors in seeking investment in its wholly owned district heating company, Energetik. A mini-competition for the service was undertaken under Lot 1 (Full Service Provision) of the Crown Commercial Services Public Sector Legal Service Framework, ref. RM6240. The contract duration is a 2 year fixed period, with the option to extend for up to a further 12 months. The stated award value is inclusive of VAT.
