## Description

Together housing is looking to enter into an agreement with organisation for the provision of a Concierge Security Service at two of its Homeless Schemes in Blackburn with Darwen\. The Concierge Security service is required to ensure that the schemes are managed effectively in terms of building safety and security\. The proposed contract is due to commence in April 2023\.
