## Description

The Norfolk and Norwich University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust \("the Authority"\) is issuing this Request for Proposal \("RFP"\) in connection with the competitive procurement of E-Archiving and Data Preservation System\. Norfolk and Norwich University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust \(NNUH\) is a research active Trust seeing a huge increase in the number of digital records, in a variety of formats, resulting from clinical trials\. NNUH have ongoing clinical trials and need to be prepared for the end of those trials\. NNUH need a solution that complies with all regulations pertaining to clinical trials, digital archiving, and preservation of records for 25 years\. The supplier is asked to provide a cloud- based solution for archiving, and preserving, all forms of clinical trial records in accordance with clinical trial regulations and guidelines\. Records must be preserved for 25 years\.
