## Description

Business Call-Off Lot 2 Business Analyst Ofwat has a range of Business Improvement Experts to identify and document business requirements through data collation and analysis, suggesting and supporting improvement activities from project initiation through to sustainable results\. Ofwat has created a framework that will have a maximum duration of three years\. Lot 2 Process Improvement Leads to support a variety of discrete Business Improvement projects across the organisation\. The successful Business Improvement Expert has been added onto a procurement framework which will utilise two routes to market, either by Mini-Competition or Direct Award, for each discrete Business Improvement project\. Lot 2: Mandatory skillset required for Business Analyst:  Must be able to utilise a range of data gathering techniques to discover volumes of work, query types, turnaround times and similar\.  Experienced as a Business Analyst to analyse and deliver data trends and displays through Management Information, easy to understand for impact and easy to maintain for sustainability\.  Experience in creating process maps to identify work origination points\.  Utilise a Stakeholder Engagement skillset to conduct interviews, gather data and capture information for knowledge management systems to be established\.  Able to gain agreement and ownership on how each process needs to work by understanding the requirements and the most effective way to operate, enabling supporting functions to understand end-to-end processes\.  Change Management understanding to help people through the process improvement change implications, considering communication milestones with stakeholders in project planning\.
