T1061 Colchester Re-Roofing Project Phase 2

The University of Essex is seeking tenders for a project that comprises of the replacement of roof systems and associated works to Social Studies and Physics Block, South Section and 3 no plant room roofs at the University of Essex (Colchester Campus). Please see Section 2 of the Employer's Requirements for further details. Tenderers should note that these Works are to be carried out under The JCT Design and Build Contract 2016 Edition, as amended by the Schedule of Amendments referred to in Article 10 of the Conditions (as amended), as included in the Tender Documents.
