Work description
NHS England is seeking applications from voluntary organisations to support the provision of co-ordinated support to those suffering from the effects of Covid-19 for a prolonged length of time.
This is specifically for those who have not been hospitalised and therefore the core NHS support offer may not be either available or appropriate.
