CRSTS Baseline User Surveys

This commission includes two lots: Lot 1 - Bus Passenger Survey, delivered on board buses. Lot 2 - Active Travel Intercept Survey, delivered at roadside. Many of the requirements are the same across both lots, but the locations and survey questions differ. Survey questions and maps with further details on locations are included in the appendices. For both surveys, the successful supplier will be required to carry out baseline surveys at the specified 'treatment' and 'counterfactual' locations using pre-specified questions over a period of 3-4 weeks. The outputs of this project will be a full cross tabulated version of this data, and a PowerPoint pack report summarising some of the key findings. The surveyors should use the survey questions in the appendices, and each submitted survey should be completed in full, including administration and demographic questions. The survey questions have been developed internally, and then amended following feedback from several potential suppliers.
