Reconfiguration of Rooms, Level 0, Sheaf Building, City Campus

Description

The University has appointed a contractor to undertake refurbishment works to various rooms on Level 0 of the Sheaf Building at City Campus. These works include, painting, new floor covering, changes to ventilation, new power and data installations and new lighting installations. This was a mini competition from the University's Measured Term Contract for Maintenance, Repairs and Minor Works framework.
