## Description

Proposed modernisation and alteration works to the lifeguard station include the following: • Install new sliding double doors to replace existing window\. • Remove existing internal staircase and reinstate roof\. • Install new galvanised external staircase as shown on accompanying plans\. • Install new Alwitra type roof covering over the entire roof\. • Install new safety railings to match existing in the position shown on accompanying plans\. • Decorate inside and out\. • Lay new floorcovering as required\.
