Asbestos Framework - AWARD

Description

The Authority has several properties that contain Asbestos and to meet with the Control of Asbestos regulations 2012 we need to ensure that we have a framework in place as the Authority is the duty holder and therefore responsible for the on-going management of Asbestos across the Estate. The framework will be divided into two lots: Lot 1 Asbestos Surveys and Consultancy Lot 2 Asbestos Removal This Framework is open initially for use by West Northamptonshire Council. By way of access agreement this framework is also open to other Authorities including: ? new West Northampton (WNC) customers seeking to utilise WNC frameworks on an independent third-party basis including: ? any city, district, borough or other local authority within the counties of any WNC partner. ? any companies or organisations set up by participants in WNC; ? any school, academy, university or other educational establishment within the counties of any WNC partner authority; and ? any Public Body outlined in either Part I or Part II of the Local Authorities (Goods and Services) (Public Bodies) Order 1972.
