CHP owns a block of flats at Splash Court, Braintree, CM7 1GJ\. The existing roof is failing, especially in the valleys resulting in water ingress and damage to some of the roof timbers\. It is therefore essential that we commission a contractor to undertake replacement roofing works, including the provision of scaffolding\.
