This is a construction works project which incorporates: • any necessary external envelope and internal repair works advised by condition surveys currently underway • any necessary asbestos removal • internal remodelling to provide amended teaching/admin facilities and supplementary WC/sanitary facilities • general refurbishment, upgrading & rejuvenation (painting, decorating, carpets, WC/sanitary/kitchen refurbishments, fitted furniture) • hard & soft external works including either refurbishment or replacement of an existing multi-use games area • any necessary drainage works • associated mechanical and electrical works Additional information: Further Competition under Lot 1 of the NEPO 207 Building Construction Works Framework
