## Description

As part of the demolition process of the former Golden Eagle Hotel, asbestos analytical services are required to ensure the safe removal of the asbestos contamination, from the planning stage of the demolition methodology, through removal, to site clearance\. There is a flexible direct award option through NEPO221 Demolition Services Including Asbestos Management \(Lot 9 Asbestos Surveying and Analytical Services within Non-Domestic Properties - National to allow SBC to procure a contractor\.
