Invitation to Tender - Design Brief Deardengate - Shining a Light on Haslingdens Heritage

Rossendale Borough Council (RBC) are seeking fixed fee Tender submissions on a traditional basis from suitably qualified Design Teams to develop the Haslingden Big Lamp project from RIBA Stage 1 up to RIBA Stage 3 + and to support a Stage 2 Application to the National Lottery Heritage Fund at Delivery Stage.

The development stage of this project involves developing the Outline Area Action Plan into a detailed Area Action Plan in line with National Lottery Heritage Fund guidance. Further specific requirements for the Stage 2 Application (development stage) are featured in Section 2 of the Design Brief.

The delivery stage of this project involves repairs, reinstatement of architectural detail and public realm improvements to the Deardengate area of Haslingden. Further specific requirements for the delivery stage are featured in Section 2 of the Design Brief.
