This letting service is for a supplier to promote and on behalf of the Landlord, lease out the available space to suitable tenants. As part of these, the supplier needs to agree the amount of space required, any fit-out requirement, the services provided under the standard service charging and where there are any enhanced services that may be required, charge as necessary.
