Danepark New Build Housing

Following early contractor involvement and Pre-Construction Services Agreement, the design and build of 99 mix of new homes varying from one bed to four bed houses at the former school site on Danepark Road in Hull, shall also include associated infrastructure, public open spaces, external works, and landscaping.

The underlying contract is awarded via a Direct Selection from Lot 4 (Schemes over 70 Units as a Direct Selection Call Off.) of the EN:Procure Framework agreement for the Provision of New Build Works dated 02/08/2019. (OJEU Reference number 2019/S 151-371485).
