This contract is the inaugural programme of supplying Electronic Notice Boards to Waltham Forest Council's \(WF\) medium to high density housing units \(estates\) ; this includes Existing and New Developments\. WF's objective is to provide its housing residents with contemporary and neighbourhood information and guidance, the adoption of Electric Notice Boards is seen as a path to keeping its residents informed\.
