Sutton Bank Car Parks, Dark Skies Building, Cycle Track and other works

This contract involves 3 parts; 1.the construction of 56 car parking spaces and a small Dark Skies/bird hide building on a greenfield site plus signage and provision of water and electricity to the building. 2.The construction of approximately 70 car parking spaces as extention to an existing car park and minor modifications around the existing car park e.g. white lining. 3. The construction of approximately 2.7km of cycle track approximately 3m wide plus a simple bridge to cross a footpath in a conifer plantation. Also the construction of a 'cycle pump track'. It is expected that these works will need to be sub-contracted to a specialist company that is experienced in such construction.
