Description
Torus Foundation is looking for a suitable qualified organisation to develop and deliver marketing campaigns which attract two specific cohorts of unemployed and economically inactive women and anyone unemployed living Warrington and Cheshire on to the New Leaf programme. The campaigns need to attract new participants before November 2022. The programme needs an additional 900 people of which 60% are to be women and 60% unemployed. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
