## Description

Contract for the provision of Pan-Sussex Independent Mental Capacity Advocacy Services, which support the delivery of Statutory Advocacy Requirements, namely Independent Mental Health Advocacy \(IMHA\) and Care Act Advocacy, thus ensuring the Council's statutory requirements are met\. Additional information: The Contract has an initial period of 4 years with an option to extend for a further 2 years\. The original total contract value including extensions was £1,271,400, however, the 2 year extension option has now been approved with an uplift amount of £10,595\. The total contract value is now £1,281,995\.
