This service will target fuel poor residents and meet the three key objectives in the Fuel Poverty Strategy \(2023\): - Reduce bills for residents by improving the energy efficiency of LBHF housing\. - Develop services that help fuel poor residents through the council and other organisations\. - Empower residents to access services and spread awareness of the help available\.
