ASC23040 Provision of a Replacement Care Service at Lock Close, Redditch for Adults with a Learning Disability - AWARD

Worcestershire County Council ("the Council") is looking to appoint a provider to deliver a stimulating and person-centred 5 bedded replacement care service for adults with a learning disability at 1 Foxlydiate Mews, Lock Close, Redditch. The Provider will be expected to enter into a sub-lease arrangement with the Council with regard to occupancy of the building at Lock Close of which the provider will be charged a peppercorn rent.

Lock Close is one of a number of services that the Council commission to provide overnight replacement care across Worcestershire. The provider is expected to achieve the outcomes and requirements of the specification. The Council will monitor compliance with these outcomes. The service will be subject to review, potential change, and innovation over the lifetime of the contract.
