Description
The London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham ('the Council') invited Quotations for the support of digital advertising services to recruit foster carers across eight North West London Local Authorities ('the Contract'). Operational from May 2024, the London Boroughs of London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham (lead Local Authority), Brent, Ealing, Harrow, Hillingdon, Hounslow, Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, and Westminster City Council have joined together to form 'Foster with West London', a collaborative partnership working together to recruit foster carers who can provide a loving and safe home to children in care in west London. Hammersmith & Fulham sought to appoint a digital marketing agency to plan and deliver a digital campaign for 2025/26 to increase the number of foster carers across North West London. The campaign should continue to effectively reach and engage potential foster carers through awareness raising activity, educating them about the process and benefits of fostering, and encouraging them to apply, and engaging those actively considering fostering. Alongside this, the successful Supplier shall also work with the 'Foster with West London' team to develop and implement strategies to increase the conversion to approved foster carers across the region. The primary target audience for this campaign should be individuals or families who meet the eligibility criteria for becoming foster carers with particular focus on those living within the eight North West London Local Authorities or neighbouring areas.
