1085 - Supply, Delivery Installation and Commissioning of an Optical Measuring Microscope

Description

CPI has a requirement to add a bench top optical & video measuring microscope to its toolset. The tool will be used for the quality assurance of incoming printed circuits, checking the printed result against design specifications. It will also be used to check device integration accuracy and inspection for defects on flexible printed films. This system will be a stand-alone tool and will be used to test a variety of flexible printed films for QA and defect analysis. Once these films are integrated with SMD and other functional devices, they will be checked for placement accuracy and any defects. The tool should be of high accuracy with repeatable measurement capability on difficult to view components on flexible films from opaque to transparent.
