## Description

Operate a café within Wymondham Leisure Centre within the core opening hours\. Monday to Friday 06:30 to 9:30pm and weekends 08:00 to 4:00pm\. The opening hours for the café will be agreed with the Operations Manager as these will need to be at the centre's peak times\. Reduced hours on public bank holidays and closed Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day\. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\. However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement\.
