Work description
The Council is inviting a response to the ITT from Tenderers on the terms set out in this Invitation to Tender (ITT) for a single Contractor for the provision of a Planning Application Administrative Solution and, Training and Implementation, Support & Maintenance and on going Development of the System and on a non-exclusive basis, as called off, additional functionality that maybe required
