## Description

The Customer requires external legal support to complement the Defra group Commercial \("DgC"\) team and the Government Legal Department \("GLD"\) in delivering replacement Unified Communication Services \("Project Mercury"\) via a procurement to be run as a Further Competition under the Crown Commercial Service \("CCS"\) Network Services 2 framework agreement \(RM3808\)\. The Supplier shall provide advice and/or drafting on any aspects relevant to the procurement and implementation of the replacement services as and when required\. The contract commenced on 1 April 2021 and will end on completion of the services and, in any event, by the longstop date of 31 March 2023\. Estimated fees range £70k to £95k excluding VAT\.
