## Description

Mid Cheshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust \(MCHFT\) is in the initial stages of a new project to construct a new hospital, which will replace the existing Leighton Hospital\. As part of the programme, MCHFT required services of a Legal Advisor for the SOC of the New Leighton Hospital build\. A direct award has been made to Capsticks Solicitors LLP via the NHS Shared Business Services \(SBS\), Lot 11 Multi-Disciplinary Support framework \(Ref: SBS10196\)\. The initial term of the appointment is 9 months\. MCHFT has the option to extend the expiry date until completion of SOC deliverables\.
