Work description
Home Group is seeking to appoint suitably qualified and experienced supplier(s) to provide Fire Safety Servicing, Repairs & Maintenance services. The appointed Supplier(s) will be expected to service, repair, maintain and replace the following components: • Fire Alarms & Associated Components • Emergency Lighting • Fire Fighting Equipment There are 3 Contract's being tendered for award covering 3 regional geographies. The regions are split to match Home Group's operational maintenance delivery teams. The 3 regions are:
1. North East & Scotland 2. North West & Midlands 3. South
