A consultant is needed to conduct a feasibility study to look at infrastructure scale development aimed at supporting the uptake of a range of zero carbon transport options coupled with renewable energy generation in order to support the grid, reduce operating costs and reduce the 'well-to-wheel' carbon emissions.
