To support Kent County Council's operational delivery of the Highway, Transportation and Waste business, Confirm OnDemand (ICT operation system) will deliver the following functionality: \r \r • Hosting and Maintenance of software for a minimum of 217 licences\r • Manage customer enquiries/Freedom of Information Requests \r • Integration with the online and mobile customer fault reporting tool\r • Development for optimum/flexible use of mobile technology\r • Jobs creation, ordering and status updates\r • Payments\r • Asset Management - includes information and history\r • Storing documents - includes mapping, photos and H&S Files\r • Daily inspection regime\r • Hosting of the software\r • Data provision for Business Intelligence\r • Access to on-line support/training material
