We are seeking a partner to work alongside us to develop the strategic framework in a way which engages all our staff, our political leadership and our members - top down directed and bottom up created\. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\.
