Structural Underpinning Works at 5 Sites

The aim of this project is to complete major structural repair works to eight properties based across London Borough of Harrow (LBH), and make them safe to reside in. The completion of the works will improve the structural integrity of the buildings and make these properties comply with Government legislations (Doc A, HSSRC).

The deliverables will be assessed by building control to ensure completed works are following current building regulations. The work entails lowering and underpinning the foundations where subsidence has occurred, repairing all cracks, drain repair and carrying all internal works.
