Work description
Derby City Council is undertaking this procurement to establish a contract for the provision of a Children's Rights Service.
This will provide an independent Children's Rights Service to Children and Young People who are looked after or leaving care in Derby, including disabled children and those in receipt of short breaks as per regulation 48 (Care Planning Regulations 2010).
The initial contract period is three years; the contract is estimated to commence 26/10/2023 and expire 25/10/2026.
There will be an option to extend the contract for up to 24 months in annual increments, subject to budgets, satisfactory performance and business needs. Maximum contract period is, therefore, five years.
There is a maximum budget of £82,000.00 per year including any extension years.
