## Description

Four work streams have been identified and these are shown below: 1\. Data room discovery and methodology, covering issues such as; existing information, data quality, project data lifecycle, format and storage needed for the room\. 2\. Information Management and Modelling \(IMM\) implementation; undertaking an Information Management and Modelling Awareness session and identifying requirements from data for the asset and associated organisation management / monitoring and creation\. 3\. Common Data Environment; to identify what this should consist of and interim measures that might be needed\. 4\. Data room implementation; this will arise from the outcomes of work stream 1\.
