BIM / Information Management and Modelling (IMM)

Four work streams have been identified and these are shown below: 1. Data room discovery and methodology, covering issues such as; existing information, data quality, project data lifecycle, format and storage needed for the room. 2. Information Management and Modelling (IMM) implementation; undertaking an Information Management and Modelling Awareness session and identifying requirements from data for the asset and associated organisation management / monitoring and creation. 3. Common Data Environment; to identify what this should consist of and interim measures that might be needed. 4. Data room implementation; this will arise from the outcomes of work stream 1.
