The reconstruction of an existing batting square and the construction of an artificial match wicket at Northwood Recreation Ground, Northwood, Middlesex as set out in the Council's specification\. The works must be commenced in early September 2019 and be completed by mid-October\. Additional information: I would confirm that the London Borough of Hillingdon is not seeking expressions of interest in this project but has instead invited all interested organisations to tender through the Council's nominated electronic tendering portal, www\.capitalesourcing\.com Please register on the above portal where the tender documents for this project can be downloaded\. The tenders received will be evaluated on the basis of 80% Price and 20% Quality as set out in the tender documentation\.
