Awarded Contract - Expanding Kensal's Creative Economy

The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea has awarded a contract to undertake a research and capital delivery project focused on the expansion of Kensal's creative economy through the delivery of the Kensal Canalside Opportunity Area. The consultant will oversee the delivery of the project and, where appropriate, sub-contract relevant elements of the work.

Additional information: This is a call-off contract awarded by mini-competition under Lot 1 (Urban Strategies, Spatial Policy, and Research) of the GLA/TfL Architecture Design and Urbanism Panel Framework Agreement (ref 80263).

The mini competition was executed through the Council's electronic procurement portal, capitalEsourcing.
