Chartered Surveyors 2018

Barnet Homes requires a chartered surveying service for Barnet Homes properties.The role will include the following:To act on behalf of Barnet Homes when we either instigate a party wall agreement, or have one served on us from a neighbouring property,an experienced specialist surveying organisation who can carry out independent property stock condition surveys where a full and definitive written & photographic report is provided to the client outlining existing defects, cause & effect and remedy works specification. Following the visit, a full report including specification of works would need to be produced and sent to Barnet Homes. The report must identify risks of potential H & S implications that may affect the occupier, but must not advise to place residents into temporary accommodation as the reports will be reviewed against the clients housing policy.
