Tendring District Council is seeking to procure consultants to identify the costs and benefits associated with the refurbishment of Mermaid House (a building located in Harwich, Essex.)

This tender was originally advertised with a closing date 30/06/2016. In order to ensure that the Council has a competitive process we have decided not to award on that occasion. Please note new submission details on page 8 and ask that if you did offer a submission originally that you resubmit as your original submission will not be considered.
