IT014 SAN Storage Area Network Hardware, Software and Support

Gateshead Council's current storage area network (SAN) is coming to the end of its supported life; this contract opportunity is to refresh our current live and Data Recovery (DR) site HPE Nimble SAN appliances and support with a fit-for-purpose replacement HPE solution.

The Council requires, as part of our requirements, a fully managed service for the implementation and migration from our current storage devices to the new storage devices.

A Hardware Fault Rectification Break-fix and Software Support Service is required over the term of the contract for all equipment at both sites.

The aim is to provide the Council with an efficient and effective SAN for the next 5 - 7 years.
