## Description

Construction of a new works depot building with covered parking and storage at the West Witney Sports Field site\. The works are inclusive of, but not limited to: partial demolition of derelict works building, groundwork, drainage, M&E, interior fit out \(creation of 1st floor mezzine, toilets, changing room, canteen, office etc\), solar panels\. Additionally, refurbishment of the existing sports & social club situated nearby, including the introduction of a lift and layout alterations\. The works are inclusive of, but not limited to: drainage, plumbing & heating, electrical, new lift, internal decoration, internal joinery, damp remediation, kitchen cabinetry, bathrooms, floor coverings, windows, doors, cladding, solar panels, externals, external grounds\.
