## Description

The supplier is required to undertake online depth interviews with customers \(i\.e\. water bill-payers\) of water and sewerage companies in England and Wales\. Each customer will be from a household on a low income i\.e\. in receipt of income related benefits, or household income of less than £16k a year \(couples or families\) as well as a subset who are also on a water company social tariff scheme or on the industry wide Watersure scheme\. The depth interviews would establish their experience of managing household budgets, whether/how, their situation has been affected by the pandemic/lockdown, their relationship with their water company and how they would like to be communicated with\.
