## Description

Each year, BIS Communications commissions a stakeholder survey on behalf of the Department to understand the needs and views of our top stakeholders\. The main aims of this tender exercise are: • To procure a specialist Stakeholder research service using the Government’s Market Research Framework by early March 2016\. • To ensure a benchmark of service quality and value for money is established through a comprehensive procurement exercise\.
