Work description
Tenders are invited to carry out a 12 month microbiological survey of food contact surfaces within UK food premises with the purpose of collecting data on the frequency of IID-causing organisms and hygiene indicator organisms and efficacy of cleaning regimes during the COVID-19 pandemic.
