## Description

To support Southampton's future the city needs to plan and invest in a world-class public transport system that is integrated, innovative, inclusive and zero-emission\. Connected Southampton 2040, Southampton's long term transports strategy proposes this is the Southampton Mass Transit System \(STMS\)\. SCC requires a suitable Transport Consultant to carry out a technical & viability feasibility study into a Southampton Mass Rapid Transit \(MRT\)\.
