To carry out the removal of the Finlock Gutters, undertake a full roof replacement, install UPVC water rain goods, remove chimneys were applicable and top up insulation in line with the design specification on each property across a 129 properties in this phase to complete the portfolio of 235 houses in total in the Park End Estate of this type\.
