## Description

HMRC requires an executive search firm to deliver the recruitment of a new SCS3 Chief People Officer\. The supplier will conduct a full recruitment service to assist HMRC in sourcing suitable individuals with the relevant skills and experience to maximise the field for selection\. This service will include:  - Advice on market salary levels and marketing of the role;  - Bespoke advertisement and publicity;  - Targeted Search Outputs  - Successful appointment of suitable candidate to match role profile\.
