## Description

The Medicines & Healthcare products Regulatory Agency \(MHRA\) is replacing its Alerting & Response Workflow Management legacy service\. This notice is issued with intent of inviting service providers offering SaaS capability for the replacement service\. The new Alerting & Response Workflow Management service is expected to provide a number of capabilities which includes the following: • Alert and Response Workflow Management Capability: • Generic Notifications broadcasts and acknowledgement • User Access Management: • Website and email Analytics and Reporting Only service offerings with EU data centres will be considered\.
