Work description
SPEAR Spontaneous Protection Enabling Accelerated Response training will be delivered as a train-the-trainers qualification which is for HMPPS staff. The training will be delivered to ORRU (Operational response and Resilience Unit) and will then cascade to establishments via local Instructors.
